The available bedroom is 10 x 12.5 ft. It has a full closet and window. Shared bathroom.



Few Restrictions:

1. No alcohol, or very, very, little.

2. No marijuana.

3. No illegal substances.

4. No overnight guests.

5. No tobacco.

6. No firearms.



Amenities include: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, central heating & A/C, and in-unit laundry.



I have a nice audio/video system you are welcome to use, but you must be mindful of the upstairs neighbor and myself. I often listen to music while working on my PC. The system has wireless headphones so you can use it during the "quiet hours" or whenever I need quiet too.



So, what kind of person am I? Generally a peaceful person I am serious about my life. I have a few friends. The only time I get loud is when I turn on the music system. If you're home, I'll be respectful.
