FYI; You will have no roommate as it is a studio but I had no other option as I am not not the Landlord or agent but I am looking for someone to takeover the lease. The Apartment is in the heart of the CBD, 5mins walk to train stations, trams, supermarkets, Queen Victoria Market, Flagstaff park, Southern Cross, Melbourne Central shopping centre, beautiful restaurants in Hardware lane etc. Fully furnished and I will be leaving behind a kettle, microwave, vacuum, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery so need to buy. Moving out due to health reasons so going to head back to Ireland but want to travel a small bit before I go back. Viewings can be whenever etc. YOU CAN RING ME ON . NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE
