We have brand new rooms available, each with its own Bathroom and shared kitchen with other flatmates. The bus stop is 1 meter away, the train station is 300 meters away, and there are many surrounding shops for food and groceries.



**Room Details:**

- Rent: $450 - $475NZD per week (includes power, water, and internet). ALL ROOMS HAVE A REMOTE AC!



OR



- $550 a week for two rooms and your own bathroom & shower !!



- We accept short-term leases or long-term leases min of 6 months (we can negotiate)

2075 Great North Road Avondale, Auckland We are looking for a working professional to join us!



**Parking:*

- Off-street parking is available on the street

- $35 for carpark/garage
