The accommodation for rent is a self contained studio / cabin located in the backyard of the main house but completely separate with its own entrance.



The cabin is fully insulated with bi-fold doors that open onto a cozy deck and garden area, complete with a clothesline.



It has a brand new bathroom and a compact kitchenette equipped with:

The property is a peaceful, secure, and fully fenced with a lockable gate. It is close to public transport, including bus routes and Mt Albert Train Station. While there is no off-street parking available, ample on-street parking is provided.



We are seeking a tidy, quiet, and easygoing single professional or international student. Smokers are welcome. A 1-week bond is required.
