There are two small rooms available which are rented together for $240 per week.

One room will fit a queen/double bed and drawers, while the other room can be set up as a home office or studio space and has a built-in wardrobe.

The flat looks out over Wellington, getting the morning sun in the large living areas, and afternoon sun at the back of the house. There is a garden area with an apple and lemon tree.

Flat is fully furnished. Rooms are unfurnished.
