Rent covers fair use of power, water, internet, lawns, a fortnightly cleaner for shared spaces, plus use of the washer and dryer.
Super handy location — close to bus stops and a short walk to Fraser Cove.
You’ll be living with two chill 33-year-old gals, and a friendly guy who’s in his own self-contained space on the property with his fun-loving dog. We also have a sassy 17-year-old cat, so someone good with animals would be awesome.
No extra pets, smokers or vapers please, and sorry, no couples.
