Shared areas are: front deck/yard with sitting area, large sunroom with a/c, dining room, living room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen. Room for one car.



We have 3 cats and a dog. Occasional pet-sitting to be negotiated.



We’re looking for a mature professional or active senior for long-term commitment.
