I'm looking for someone to move in now. The house has Wi-Fi, a sunlight backyard, under cover parking, close to Redlynch shops, and the red beret is 200m down the road.



For the rent you'll get a bedroom and an office, and your own bathroom, so you never have to worry about sharing.

The room comes empty (rest of the house is partially furnished with washing machine included), so you will need your own bedroom furniture.

The rooms all have great natural light and built in wardrobes.



I enjoy having a laugh, joke and dinner & a wine at the pub, and I'm looking for someone who doesn't take things too seriously, and will chuck in and contribute in the house - taking out the trash ect.
