I’ve got a double room available in my Longsight house. It’s a 3-bedroom place and the location is spot on — about 10–15 minutes to Manchester Royal Infirmary and Manchester Uni, loads of local shops around, and the 192 Bee Network bus stops right nearby and takes you straight into the city centre. Piccadilly Station is only about 10 minutes away too.



The house has a washer and dryer, a cosy little living room, dining room, and a secure back garden. All bills are included.



I’m a clean working professional who also studies, so I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and enjoys a peaceful home. I do like a night out in Manchester now and then — bars, restaurants, that kind of thing.
