Our flatmate is moving to Sydney for a new job so we’re on the lookout for a new housemate to share our bright and comfy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in beautiful Lake Heights.



🏠 What you’ll get:

- Your own private room and bathroom (unfurnished)

- Access to a shared work-from-home / guest space (unfurnished extra room)

- A semi-furnished house (some appliances and basic necessities, etc.)

- A stunning lake view and a spacious backyard with a little veggie patch 🌱



📅 Lease & Move-in Info:

- We’re looking for someone to be with us on a 1-year lease that goes through Dec 2026

- Flexible move-in dates! Available now and happy to chat to see what works best but ideally around mid-December 2025 move in
