We're located in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood just a 2-minute walk to the 446 bus, service station, café, and take-out options. It’s a 20-minute walk to Kingsgrove Station and only a 5-minute drive to Roselands Shopping Centre. The area is peaceful, with friendly neighbours who love to share fruit from their trees – think lemons, figs, and more!



You'll be sharing the house with:



Two friendly, easygoing actors (30 & 34)



A super-sweet 9-year-old Husky cross who loves people, cuddles, and good vibes



We’re a social, creative household that enjoys music, video games, film nights, and the occasional beer. The house itself has character and charm, with plenty of space and great energy – perfect for someone who values a mix of downtime and fun company.
