Hello, Im looking for a boarder who would like to rent out the rear part of my house, you would have your own carpark, patio, entrance , lounge with heat pump, your own separate bedroom and toilet, we would share bathroom, washhouse and kitchen. Rent/board would cover power, internet. We would essentially both have our own house within my home. It will just be my 8 year old daughter and myself as your house mates. Im looking for a professional worker, but open to hearing from anyone interested, even if you have a child there is plenty of space.
