About Your Flatmate:

Your potential flatmate is a woman in her 40s, a non-smoker who enjoys a tranquil lifestyle and works from home full-time. She has two adorable Pomchi pups and a love for vegetable gardening, with plenty of gardens already set up. Ideally, I’m seeking someone who appreciates a quiet living environment. I am easy going as long as my housemate respects the property and is responsible.

About the Property:

You’ll be renting a room in a cozy three-bedroom house, where I work from home and use the third room as my office. With only two people sharing the house, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living environment. The home features a shared bathroom (with both a bath and shower) and a separate toilet.

You’ll have plenty of space in the lounge, kitchen, and bathroom, so you won’t feel confined to your bedroom.

Location:

The house is ideally located within walking distance of Monash University, Chisholm TAFE, Frankston city centre, shopping centres, and the beach. It's a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours, many of whom are long-term residents.

Additional Features:

The house is north-facing, making it sunny in the bedrooms and dining space year-round. There are split systems in the kitchen and living area for comfort throughout the year. The kitchen is currently being renovated and will be finished by the time you move in, featuring induction cooking and a dishwasher. It offers plenty of space if you have your own items.

There is a private fenced garden that attracts lots of birdlife, along with a raised deck for outdoor enjoyment. The current housemate has a well-established vegetable garden with plenty of fresh produce.

There is only one off-street parking space per house, which is currently included in the lease of the existing tenant, but there is plenty of on-street parking available, along with a permanent permit, so you won’t get fined.

Pets:

Considered on a case-by-case basis as there are two small dogs. The puppies are stupidly friendly and love a cuddle.
