There will be soon a room available in our shared house in Esch-Alzette, Luxembourg 🙂

From April 1st 2025 (move in date flexible a few days to accommodate both the current tenant and the new person, we can discuss)

until August 1st 2026 (move out date could be flexible if you discuss with the other person)

Here are some details that might interest you:

1. About us:

We are Gabi, Marine, Mateusz, Thierry and Steffi, living together in a beautiful house in Esch/Alzette.

Gabi will be temporarily leaving, so we are currently seeking a new housemate to join us for the next few months

We are an ecological, solidarity-focused, and sharing household.

Our sixth flatmate is Luna, a plump, laid-back, but absolutely lovely cat.

2. The house

- Spacious kitchen/living room combination

- 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets

- Cellar with a workshop and two washing machines

- Garden and a veranda > Smoking allowed in the veranda only

3. Location

- 1,5 seconds walking distance to the bus-station

7 min walking distance to the train-station (Esch-Gare)

With the train you

- 5 min walking distance to the forest

- 5 min walking distance to the shopping street (Uelzestrooss)

- 10 min walking distance from Kulturfabrik

4. How to get to Luxembourg City

You have a train heading to the city every 15 minutes, and the journey takes 26 minutes. On weekends, there are trains available during the whole night.

5. Your room

- On the 2nd Floor with Thierry and Mateusz

- On the garden/forest-side

- +/- 19m2

- The room will be empty of personal items, of course. What will remain are the furniture, bed, bed covers and lamps.

6. Finances

You will pay 710€ rent/month (500€ for the room + 210€ for additional expenses like charges, internet, our shared expenses, covering basic food, household cleaning supplies, and the costs for our housekeeping staff who comes twice a month, etc.)

7. Your profile

- You are a nice person

- You want to live in a community and not only have a cheap room to sleep

- You are looking for a good time and will enjoy living here with us

- You are not following any inhuman attitudes
