We are looking for a housemate/s to fill a room in our house-share. The house is currently occupied by one man and one woman in two other rooms. The room would suit one or two people; rent is the same regardless.
It is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite (toilet and shower) and sizeable balcony. The room is furnished with a double bed, triple compartment fitted wardrobe, draws, and two bedside tables. The house is modern, well insulated, and has all the mod-cons.
The house is right by Drumcondra rail station, bus lines, shops, cafes and parks. If you are interested please let us know a bit more about what you do for work and for fun.
Rent is 1504 not including bills.
