Double room available for a female. I am owner occupier, also I have a long term 26 year old female tenant. We are very friendly and easygoing, and we are looking for another female, to fit in with us. I also have 2 rescue house dogs, which are friendly.
The bedroom is at the back of the house, which overlooks a beautiful south facing garden.
The rent is €750 a month, plus bills which are shared equally. Also a deposit of €600. The rent is paid on the 1st of each month.
