The house is very large with five bedrooms; there would be a choice of two rooms for a new flatmate. While the house is earthquake damaged, the infrastructure and inner workings are all viable. Good sized, comfortable lounge with efficient stand alone fire. The owner, male, lives alone, works from home as a Music teacher, semi retired. Students come up the drive to my studio at the back of the house. I play music out 2 times a week. A large vege garden is a going concern. The house is next to a small reserve. Street is a semi cul de sac, with through traffic only one way, thus is pretty quiet. I live quietly.
