* $190 per week (including power, wifi etc)
* You’ll be living with a mix of 1 guy and 2 girls in their early/mid 20's who are working full time.
* Not a party flat but everyones always down chat or a cheeky movie/ games night.
* Ideally a student or working professional in their 20's.
* Bond is $600
The room itself is the biggest in the house with a HUGE wardrobe. Heaps of storage space too. Its In a culdesac so is quiet with plenty of on street parking!
Super close to the city (5-10min drive), jellie park 5-10 minutes from uni!!
Move in date is any time from now to Mid July. Is flexible, you just choose when suits.
