In the area: Handy to bus stops. Routes 60, "Yellow" and "Orange" pass nearby.



There is plenty of free parking on the street.



Our ideal housemate for this room is a female or couple who is reasonably social, and very tidy & clean. The location would be great for someone who is working in the CBD or near. Age doesn't matter much.
