- 10 min walk to Flinders University Sturt Campus 🚶‍♀️

- 13 min bus ride to Flinders University Main Campus 🚌

- 15 min bus ride to Westfield Marion 🚌🏬

- If you’re going to the city, there’s a bus stop to get you there just 2 minutes away 🏙️



The bedroom you will be taking is the one next to the living room, it is UNFURNISHED except for a big wardrobe with tons of space.



Rent does not include bills but wi-fi, water, electricity and gas bills will be shared equally between all housemates



Move in date: Anytime from now, 20 oct would be best

Rent: $240/week (negotiable)

Lease ends in 22 July 2025
