Hi we are looking for a tenant to fill our last room in our property in a nice area of Barrie. The room has an ensuite bathroom and a small walk in closet, as well as being the only room with access to the backyard. Room comes with a Tv, nightstand, Mattress, as well as a large dresser. This is the only room on the first floor of the property, the other rooms being on the third floor so you have plenty of privacy. Looking for a tenant who cleans up after themselves, isn't too noisy, and works. The other two tenants are 21 and 40 years old both working professionals, looking for someone similar. First and last month rent required and please no couples.
