Hi future roomie!

We're 4 adults (2 couples), looking for a new roomate to move in early May!

We're located in Massey, 3 minutes from the motorway for easy access.

You'll have a large bedroom and a large family bathroom to yourself (except when we like to use the bathtub - but we'll always ask!).

There's a lovely sized living and dining room that you'll share with the couple upstairs and a kitchen that we all share.

Downstairs is a laundry room where you can wash your clothes.

We also ask that you contribute to the lawn and garden maintenance.

Rent is $300 and bills like water and power/wifi come monthly and varies but you can expect it to be anywhere from $70-$100 a month, depending on usage.

There is only street parking available but our cars have been safe parked on the street for the last year and a bit.

You must be okay with cats as we have 4 wonderful boy cats (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs).

You must be clean and tidy and be responsible for your own area.

You'll mainly share space with 2 people (myself and my husband).
