Furnished with bed and small draws or unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own. Decent sized roomy bedroom available to rent in Highland Park/Botany has wardrobe in room. Clean, tidy and responsible and employed person preferred. House situated by bus stop, and situated in the middle to all surrounding areas Howick,Pakuranga and Botany just mins away. $180 per week + $40 for expenses.



Another room for rent but will be short term as family will move into the second room in the next 2 or 3 months $180 a week including expenses.(price for this room is at a huge reduced amount due to it being temporary.)



About the room Can be furnished with a bedroom and draws or empty whatever you prefer. Decent big room easily fit a double bed.



Preferred flatmate Someone clean , respectful chilled down to earth respects personal boundarys values etc. Working, pays rent on time.
