We have a room to rent in our 3 bedroom house in a heart of Mt Albert, Auckland. Bus stop in front of the house and Mt Albert train station is in 2 mins walk, 10 mins to Unitec university. There are many shops, cafe, bar, restaurants around.



The room is furnished and available for 1 flatmate only, female flatmate for preference. Suitable for a friendly, clean, and tidy full-time professional or student.



You'll be sharing the house with family of 3 (me, my husband and 2 year old baby) and a female full time worker from Japan. We also have a cat.



The house has a heat pump/aircon in living room, fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer.



Bills - $40 p/w (approx.) includes electricity, water, unlimited internet, Netflix in lounge, toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher powder, all cleaning products etc.



The cost of moving in is a bond of $500 and $250 room rent in advance. Expenses will be split each month as they come in.
