Large open plan dining, kitchen, lounge space that needs using. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the usual tools (oven, airfryer etc) as well as a drinks bar that has an espresso machine, a sodastream, and a milkshake maker.



Happy to do dinner and groceries either as a group to save time/effort, or to do them separately as you'd like. Pantry is very large and able to be sectioned off if needed for food allergies. Deep freezer as well.



Plenty of space for entertaining anyone you would like to invite over and impress.



There are also hall closets for other things that you don’t want in your room, and under house storage for anything bulky.



Bathroom has both a shower and a bath for soaking.



House is connected to Fibre internet, decent speed and no data cap.



Driveway has parking for 2 cars available, and there is a bus route to Manukau City Centre on the corner of the street. Dairy 1 min up the road with a Chinese/European and an Indian takeaways in the same space, as well as in the delivery area for all the Manukau fast-foods.



Current house members are 2 siblings in their 30’s and 2 pets and a third person in his 20's studying at AUT.



About the room

Main bedroom of the house, able to fit a queen or king sized be with no trouble, and still have space for a large desk and other items. Room measures 3.6m by 3.5m, Closet is 3m long and half a meter deep. Previous flatmate had her dresser inside the wardrobe and had no trouble accessing it.



Suitable for a couple or someone who needs a home office.



Preferred flatmate

Someone who is a little bit of a nerd, or at least willing to put up with our nerdiness and enjoys fun facts. We're a pretty chill household, so someone who can match that energy level day to day. Has to like dogs, while they're not allowed inside, they are always in the back yard and audible.
