Kia ora fam!!



A room is due to be available in my sunny three bedroom two bathroom town house.



There is a large sized deck on the second level which gets all the sunshine and a large back garden.



The bedroom is on the top floor with the second bedroom, and where the main bathroom is also located which is shared with myself. The bottom bedroom has its own bathroom.



The room is medium sized, is big enough for a queensize bed, chest of drawers and side table. There is a double wardrobe, a new blind for the window and is was also freshly painted towards the end of last year.



No additional costs. The rent includes internet, power, water as well as toilet paper, hand soap, washing powder, dish washing liquid, rubbish bags, paper towels and cleaning products.



I have two cats and I will be getting a puppy at the end of the year!!
