Hello! We are looking for someone to rent our room at Hillcrest! You will have your own room and bathroom. If you have a car, there is street parking available. The bus stop is just outside, going straight to the city. We are near supermarkets, malls, and a gym. There is a dairy shop and Asian takeout just opposite the road.
Rent is $300 per week, and the bond is $900. The house is quiet, with just my husband and me living here. We are looking for one person to share with, preferably someone who is neat and tidy, as this is a new house :)
