Look at the photos included for an idea. Home is compact. Fully insulated and there are 2 AC s and bedroom ceiling fans. It will be hopefully 3 of us sharing. Supportive kind people only please. If you are lazy or constantly at odds with others don't apply. Im used to sharing over many years and its been a mostly great experience but I will not tolerate partners staying over OR fools/argumentative/lazy/drunks/druggies or late rent payers.

Im reasonably active and transitioning to retirement. I volunteer and I help a few people out with their little dogs, also voluntarily. Im a church goer, you don't have to be, however using blasphemy isn't acceptable. I have a calm demeanor. There are good neighbours and Ive had no problems living here. I have 1 little dog of my own plus the visiting ones : It's pretty much a little haven here :)
