The apartment is on the 3nd floor with an elevator. The address is: Pont d'Arve 18, 1205 Geneva. The location is very ideal, with many shops, pharmacies and restaurants in the street:

• About 30 minutes to CERN Meyrin site by tram 18 and there is an access to tram 12, 15, 17.

• Very close to UniMail and Science departments of University of Geneva.

• A 2-minute walk to the coop supermarket.

• 1-minute walk to Pont d'Arve tram station.

• Parc de Bastions is only an 8-minute walk.

• The rent is 2224 CHF per month (not including WiFi).



The apartment is partially furnished and contains:

• 1 room with a kitchen (equipped with a fridge and an oven)

Only complete and solvent files will be considered. Required documents:
