This is a Partially Furnished Private Room, 9x15 ft, for Rent in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Currently there are 3 tenants, 2 female & 1 male, who are looking for a fourth roommate. Tenants are in their 20's, currently in college and also work. They love outdoor activities such as volleyball, spike ball, pickleball and also playing board games. They are looking for someone who is neat, age 20's-early 30's, works outside the home, no drugs, no smoking, no vaping, no overnight guests, no pets, no kids. This is not a party house. We are attached to a family friendly business. You will have access to kitchen/living room, onsite washer & dryer, a shared bathroom and a small outdoor patio space. $1200/month includes rent, gas, electric, water, trash and wifi. $1200 security deposit is due at time of rental. Your room will have a closet, desk with chair, and TV. You will need your own bed.
