I’m a Korean working professional currently occupying the other room. I originally rented this 2-bedroom apartment for myself and decorated&furnished it nicely, but decided to share it with a roommate.

You’ll be staying in the second bedroom.

A single-size bed, mattress, and a small wardrobe will be provided.

The room is currently empty(and clean), and I’ll furnish it right after the rent agreement is confirmed.
