This fully furnished apartment is located in a beautiful area where the Merl/Belair/Strassen neighborhoods intersect (in proximity to the CHL central hospital).



The nearest bus stop (Belair, Kannerklinick/Maternité) is right opposite the house, Buses 13, 22 and 24 frequently operate, and will take you to the city center in around 10 minutes and to Kirchberg in around 15-20 mins.
 A Delhaize supermarket and a gas station are just around the corner.



You rent the entire two-bedroom apartment, with a living room, small kitchen, and bathroom.



The washing machines (shared) are located in the laundry room in the basement.



There is a “Fischer” bakery downstairs in the building, allowing for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or snack during the day.



The rent is 1800€ ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, hot water, WiFi internet…).

A deposit of 1600EUR is required (reimbursed at the end of the stay if the apartment is returned in good condition).

There is an administrative (one-time) fee of 500EUR HTVA (585EUR TTC).
