I am an exchange student looking for someone to take over my common room on Dec 1 to 12 at a private condo in Novena/Toa Payoh area. Must be willing to sign a minimum 3 month lease starting Dec 1 to 12 (S$1200/mo). Open to viewing.



2 bathrooms (full and WC w/ shower attachment) shared with 3 other roommates. I never feel like I'm fighting for the bathroom. Mixed students/professionals. All foreigners. All welcome to apply.



Amenities:

- Free wifi

- Free weekly cleaning

- Gym (two treadmills, step machine, weight rack, dual cable rack)

- Pool + Changing Rooms

- Function Room (available upon request with management)

- Sky terrace/rooftop deck

- In unit washer/dryer (we wash on certain days. If you take over my room, that is Saturday)

- Kitchen + own private cabinet space, light cooking allowed

- In room AC unit (first $80 free, then shared among roommates. I've never paid, though).

- Bed, wardrobe, desk, chair

- Facial recognition to enter and exit apartment

- Between two malls: Zhongshan Mall (FairPrice Finest + Food hall + Mr. DIY) and Shaw Plaza (FairPrice + movie theater + restaurants)

- Good bus connection (I can go anywhere in SG from nearby bus stops 5 min walk max)



Need to pay at the time of lease signing:

- 1 mo security deposit

- non-refundable one time cleaning fee S$250

- stamp duty

- one time quarterly air-con maintenance S$35.

- No agent fee since I'm not an agent.
