Hi everyone! We have a cozy flat near HKU and are looking for 2 more flatmates

The rent for the single room is HKD 6,000/month

1. High floor, bright natural light, no narrow corridors, fewer cockroaches/rats.

2. Super convenient — 1 min walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR, walking distance to HKU.

3. Fully furnished, move-in ready.

4. Each room has an air cooler.

5. Security guard downstairs.

6. Huge living room, two-bedroom flat.

7. We keep things clean (rotating cleaning duties), non-smoking flat. Drinking is fine but no crazy parties .Prefer someone who can stay 2 years or more (one flatmate is staying for 2 years, so no more searching after that 🎉).

8. Two flatmates share the living room, which keeps the rent low. The place is very spacious — can share a video if you’re interested.



Room arrangement: 2 people in the living room, 2 people in bedrooms. This available bedroom is HKD 6,000/month (single occupancy).
