The place is located a stone throw away from the Gasworks Plaza. Lots of cafes and restaurants, close to public transports. The room comes with only a single bed (or queen if you require). I am offering to pay for the $80 Origin Internet wifi for taking up the parking spot. You will have your own bathroom but it is separate (communal) from the room and the washing machine is in there (so I might be using it for once a week for laundry purpose only). The room size is quite decent and the price is a steal for the location. The living room and kitchen comprises of basic furniture and appliances to use which we can share easily.



About Me? I am quite easy-going, considerate and respectful of all the people. I do like to cook often (once a day), wake up early morning to go to work (retail), watch TV or go for running. I lean towards on the quiet, introverted type but also friendly at the same time.
