(note: the house is so near to mountain, not panic to insects is a MUST, there are insects like bee, cicada, dragonfly, and even firefly occasionally fly into the house, and be mercy don't kill them )

Hi there, we happens to have a place that could share to new friends.



☆Please note that the accommodation itself is not for rent, it is only open to new friends who welcome culture exchange. Right person only have to pay the utilities plus other expenses, estimated at 4,000. ☆



The market rental value should be somewhere in between 7,000 to 10,000

*love nature and environmental friendly or at least not reluctant to it

*non-smoker, clean and tidy

*not reluctant to recycling, willing to move one more step to help rubbish separation (take it easy, it is not that hard)



+with mini movie library (English, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean)



+People could communicate with English and basic Japanese



+Anyone who needed assistance on Cantonese or basic local tour are also welcome.
