We sublet our tastefully furnished apartment for flat-sharing in the city-centre of Luxembourg.

The flat is located in a recently constructed, modern apartment house, equipped with a lift and built to passive house standards.



Spanning 95 m², the apartment offers a bright, spacious, and comfortably furnished living room that includes a stylish, well-equipped kitchen. It features two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an additional separate toilet.



You will have one bedroom for yourself, the other is only sporadically used by us.



During summer, you can enjoy the large south-west-facing balcony, complete with an awning. There, you can comfortably work, dine or relax while enjoying the simply stunning view.



The area offers a good selection of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a post office, and several other local shops. There are also recreational parks nearby.
