The room will be freed at some point in the course of December, so a new tenant can move in on Jan 1st. My flatmate, Giuseppe, is already organizing visits and will submit all applications to the agency/landlord end of next week - and they will then choose my replacement.
The *total* cost of the room + charges + wifi + etc is about *1050* EUR/month - Plus, 700 in agency fees before moving in. The deposit is one month of rent (full apartment = 1680).
I haven't yet decided what pieces of furniture I'll bring with me to my new place but I'm open to passing most things down to the next tenant for 200-300 if needed.
