I rent this apartment in last June, which was a brand new one. The apartment has been well maintained by me & my daughter (she is only here during weekends). We have a vacuum and mop robot to clean the floor weekly, and we don’t drink alcohol nor smoking.
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, shared kitchen, living room and balconies. This apartment is with 2 balconies, we have planted some vegetables on one of the balcony for fun.
It is only welcome for single female. Strong alcohol drinking, smoking and party are not allowed.
The apartment is close to Jetland, City center and Villiers. Bus stop is in front of the property, 1 bus can take you to Shannon Airport directly.
