Je cherche un nouveau locataire pour ma chambre dans un appartement en colocation à partir du 1er mars 2025. L'appartement n'est pas loin du centre de Lausanne et est occupé par de jeunes adultes. La chambre est meublée et le linge de lit est également fourni. L'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage et s'étend sur deux étages. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. La cuisine, la salle de bain et le salon sont à usage commun.



I am looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat from March 1, 2025. The flat is not far from the center of Lausanne and is occupied by young adults. The room is furnished and bed linen is also provided. The flat is on the 3rd floor and is spread over two floors. There is no elevator. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are for shared use.
