Interested in renting a room in Irvine (near John Wayne Airport)? Professional athlete looking for a roommate! We have three different options for you to choose from. Our first option is a month to month lease for $2500, which includes your own private room and bathroom. However, there are no additional amenities included in this price, no private parking (although you can add on a parking spot for an extra $50), and no access to the living room. You are allowed to have one guest at a time and there are quiet hours to be respected.



Our second option is $3000 per month and includes all amenities at the Elements, as well as access to the living room and balcony. You will also have access to private parking, but it is through a magnet strip instead of a key fob.



Our third option is $3500 per month and includes everything in the second option, plus a key fob for private parking. You will also have access to all amenities and can have guests over (with prior permission). Please note that we have a strict no smoking or illicit drugs policy, but we are 420 friendly. We also do not allow any pets without prior permission.
