Fees may apply for utilities like wifi, credit builder, and tech, trash, and technology fees which approximates rent to be $870 a month minus utilities which rarely get over $100 a month making the total payment a month under 1,000 (utilities include wifi, water, and electric). Unit it newly renovated and have granite countertops and updated appliances.

The complex has wonderful amenities like a pool, gym, and a private room with computers for studying or hanging out. The property inside the building is not decorated comes with a couch and chair in the living room with a coffee table and dining chairs for the bar area.

A bedroom is included with a built-in desk with a chair and a bed and bed frame as well as a dresser and end table. A shower curtain is not included in the bathroom but a shower rod and medicine cabinet are included.
