This is a very nice room with a comfortable single bed, there is a wardrobe and a desk. The room is opposite a bathroom which would be your private bathroom. The bus stop is less than 1 minute away but the flat is well insulated and you don't hear the traffic. There is a Coop, Pharmacy, Post Office and Bank less than 5 minutes walk away. I am retired, very young at heart, quiet. and I am willing to rent one room to someone (male or female) who is quiet, clean, and independent. The Kitchen and Living room can be shared if required
