We are looking for a prospective flatmate to take a spare room in 3/4 Brown street.



Located in the centre of Edinburgh right on the pleasance it's only are a 5 minute walk to the central campus as well as shops, restaurants, bars, the gym, and nightclubs. At the same time, it is in a sheltered area close to Hollyrood park which gives us plenty of green space where noise kept to a minimum.



The available room includes a double bed, small desk, and built in wardrobe, along with double glazed windows that are south facing so that sunlight comes through in the morning. The bedroom is also on the first floor, which allows for privacy.



Beyond the room there is a shared bathroom with a shower (one of the other rooms has an ensuite therefore the bathroom is only shared by two people) and a shared kitchen-living room. We like to organise events like board games and movie nights within the flat or go out for drinks.
