The flat itself in on the top floor with a wrap-around deck, open living kitchen/ dining set up with a short hallway leading into the bedrooms. Bathroom and shower are directly next to advertised room. There are 4 of us in total. We love spending quality time in each others company, be it games nights, movie nights or just having a josh. Everyone is pretty easygoing, clean and considerate.



There is room enough for a queen bed, desk, bed-side table and in-built cupboard ( all included). Next to toilet and bathroom. Shares a wall with one other bedroom. Has fire-escape outside window and looks out towards the Polytech building. Comes with a pin board and lush carpeting. Rent is $180 per week ( this does not include the cost of utilities) .
