Hello, following my flatmate’s departure, I’m looking for someone to take over their room!
The apartment features a bright living room, a large fully equipped kitchen (with two refrigerators), a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, a cellar, and a laundry room. The largest bedroom is becoming available. A cleaner comes every other weekend.
About me: I’m 30 years old, I work as a lawyer, and I enjoy going for runs, taking Pilates classes, and music in general.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone calm and respectful. The apartment was initially furnished, and half of the shared furniture would need to be bought from the outgoing flatmate.
