I'm looking for an awesome flatmate to share a big, bright and modern 2 floor apartment with. The bedroom is a large double with lots of wardrobe space and underbed storage.



The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped.

The bathroom is shared and has a modern shower and tub.

The rent is 1500Euro/ month plus bills ( wifi, gas, electricity). Recycling facilities are provided. Deposit of a full month is required. There is no TV but a lot of plants and you will have to be cool with that.



The area is safe, close to Henry Street and Phoenix Park, 2 mins to the Luas and plenty of bus lines. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby, also a gym, Fresh, Tesco, Spar etc.



You'll be having the apartment to yourself most weeks as I’m abroad alot. I'm looking for someone very clean and responsible, someone who will look after the place and the plants properly when I’m away.
