🌸Looking for a flatmate in Dublin 7 🌸



From the end of May I'll need a new flatmate for a lovely apartment in Smithfield. It's furnished and you'll have your own room with a doublebed ( we share bathroom, kitchen/living room).The rent is 1109 per month + bills (hoping the rental company will keep this price). No couples, kids or pets. No smoking, vaping etc. I believe a parking space comes with the apartment for 100 euros extra✨



I'm 27, work fulltime, studied acting in uni and love creative things (eg. making skits for social media). I'm vegan and big on meal prep. I like to spend my time either working out or watching stupid reality tv🤣 I've been in Dublin for 2 years and planning to stay long-term. Also, I'm very much NOT in my party era - so happy to be in bed by 9 pm (this means I wake up quite early to make my morning smoothie🤭). I prefer my home to be calm and clean🥰
