The room is a single bedroom in a great area, about a 20-minute walk from St Stephen’s Green. The total rent is €2,600 per month (including bills), split evenly 50/50. There’s a Tesco nearby, as well as a gym within walking distance.
I’m in my early 20s and would ideally like to live with someone around the same age. I’m working at the moment, and happy to share with someone who’s either working or studying. I do go out on weekends, but I’m quiet and respectful when coming back.
