I am looking for a hard-working flatmate to move in soon, and will appreciate the new build and will look after the property. You will share a flat with one person only ( living landlord ) who works Monday- Saturday, not working from home.

The best tenant will be someone who works nights or mixed shifts. Preference only, open to all. I do days only)

The total cost included with bills is 900 £ ( no extra cost for gym or concierge )

There is no assigned parking currently and very limited parking in the area, however, we have space for bikes in a dedicated secured bike store located inside the building.



The building is located in a quiet and green new community in Barking Riverside, East London with riverwalk access.

You will have access to 24 hour bus right outside the flat and less than a 10 min walk to the Overground tube and Uber boat, makes easy access to the city . 30 mins to Canary Wharf by Uber Boat or Tube, and 30 mins to Liverpool Street, around 20min to Fenchurch Street by C2C

Co-op shop 5 mins walk away that is open till around 10 pm every day. The Wilds Cafe/workspace area is also available.
